Gutter Maintenance in Summer can save you a Winter Headache

When do you want to think about gutter maintenance? In the summertime, when the weather is beautiful and you don’t need your gutters, or in the wintertime, when the rain is pouring down, soaking Vancouver, and your gutters stop working properly?

If you’re like me, you’d rather deal with your gutters when they’re not a problem.

This is why Precision Gutters recommends gutter maintenance in the summer. It’s easier to take care of all the little problems that might occur and you don’t have to deal with an issue after the flooding has started.

So what is gutter maintenance?

Cleaning – We can come in with our state-of-the-art Vortex Vacuum Extraction System and make sure that your gutters are debris-free. We’ll clean the outside as well to make sure your gutters look as good as new. And if your gutters are clogged up, we’ll make sure they’re cleared.

Repair – If we spot any damage or potential leaks while we’re up cleaning, you’ll be the first to know. We can replace any joints or outlets that might be broken or eroded and we’ll make sure all the seals are leak-free. If necessary, we can replace or re-attach any gutters or down-pipes.

And to make things even easier for you, we book and track all our cleanings by computer so we know when your home is due for another cleaning.

Cleaning the Gutters

Gutter maintenance is a necessary part of owning your own home and we highly recommend you do it every summer to ensure everything is working the way it’s supposed to.

So if you live in the Lower Mainland, and don’t feel like climbing up on a ladder yourself, we can make sure your gutters are ready for the winter. We’ll come out to your home, clean and repair anything that’s needed, so you won’t have to worry when the first downpour hits.
