Campbell Valley, Langley, BC
The location was in South Langley, near 216th and 16th ave.
The project was run by Tidball Construction.
This project required Silver Metallic 5” Lindab Rainline Gutters and Components with roof edge flashing, Silver Metallic downpipes and 3/8 raw steel rain chain, ball and bracket assemblies to service the gutters.
The idea was to make it look as rustic as possible by allowing the rain chains to rust and let them drain into large clay basins at grade.
The Silver Metallic Lindab Rainline Gutters were a nice accent to the cedar fascia, board & batten siding, and timber/dowel work.
The property overlooks beautiful Campbell Valley plains to the south which is highlighted by an infinity pool and a stunning outdoor living space complete with a cabana (poolhouse) and will likely be home to a few horses as we believe the family has a history of equestrians.
This project was a dream to work on. We can't wait for the next time to work with Tidball Construction in the future.
