The Process

1. Once you’ve clicked the Submit button, the information will be sent to our sales staff. From there, it will be dispatched to the estimator best suited for your request.
2. The estimator will review the information you have provided and look up any additional information they may require. This includes anything they may have on file from previous work they have done with you or analyzing aerial and satellite photography of the address you’ve provided.
3. The estimator will contact you via email or phone to discuss your request. Sometimes pricing can be provided at this time, if not, a site visit will be organised.
4. On site, the estimator will determine the safest and most efficient way to complete your work. Recommendations for streamlining, protecting and optimizing your gutter system will be provided at the same time.
5. After inserting the work measurements and access factors into the market-updated online calculator, the estimator will provide you with a custom estimate that’s best suited for your needs. We don’t believe in “per-foot” pricing. We find it to be inaccurate and often an unfair way of pricing work.
