Team Precision had their work cut out for them on this re and re.
It was a tricky job as the attached deck cover was an older system and we had to shore it up with scaffolding and planks to protect the roof and skylights.
We tore off the old gutters and all rotten fascia boards, the soffits were in good working order and clean, so that lessened our workload.
As you can see the aluminum patio cover was in need of a good scrub down, so we washed and polished it up, making it look new again.
The crew cut and painted the fascia on-site, we added custom flashing and then installed Anthracite Lindab Rainline® Gutters to the home. Our customers chose a colour that complements the home's facade.
After we finished the installation, the team took some time to clean the site and wash down the driveway.
The whole project took 5 days to complete and many of the neighbours came by to check out our work.
As you can see, the new facelift really makes this home shine.
